Job summary

Caval in Fareham seeks an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to oversee the final stages of a highways project. You will coordinate with the main contractor, support the site team, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role requires previous highways supervision experience, VRS familiarity preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with contractors and site teams daily.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Highways Supervisor or Senior Supervisor.
• Highways/VRS experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with the main contractor and site teams.
• Relevant highways certifications/tickets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the site workforce
• Liaise with the main contractor on a daily basis
• Ensure the team remains productive and works are completed on programme
• Assist with snagging, finishing works, and de-mobilisation
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout the project
