A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to join their team in Milton Keynes on a freelance basis with an immediate start. The role involves supervising highways maintenance and repair works while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and specifications. Candidates must have proven experience along with SMSTS or SSSTS and NRSWA Supervisor qualifications. The position requires effective team management and strong communication skills. Rates depend on experience and nights may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Highways Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of highways maintenance and repair.
• Good understanding of health & safety legislation.
• NRSWA Supervisor qualification (essential).
• First Aid (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Nights may be required on this contract, rates are dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, plant, and traffic management requirements
