Job summary

Caval in Fareham seeks an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to oversee the final stages of a highways project. You will coordinate with the main contractor, support the site team, and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The role requires previous highways supervision experience, VRS familiarity preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with contractors and site teams daily.

Highways Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor / Senior Supervisor - Highways

Location: Fareham

Salary: Competitive - Weekly CIS Payments

Role Highlights & Packages

• Night shifts from 1st-6th September
• Stand down on 7th September
• Approximately 3 days of de-mobilisation and finishing works to follow
• Opportunity to work on a highways project with an established VRS contractor

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor or Senior Supervisor to join a highways project in Fareham. The majority of the VRS (Vehicle Restraint System) installation has already been completed, so the role will focus on overseeing the final stages of the project, coordinating with the main contractor, supporting the site team, and ensuring the works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
