Job summary

Ringway is seeking a Supervisor to lead frontline service delivery across capital works, routine maintenance, winter operations and emergency responses. You will oversee field teams, monitor productivity and safety, and collaborate with the Area Manager to plan training and development while using our bespoke software to track costs and outputs.

The role emphasizes adherence to CDM practices and aligns with Ringway's vision and values.

Qualifications

• Experience handling daily works in an organised way to ensure profitability, safety for teams and customer satisfaction.
• Training support will be essential to ensure Supervisors have the necessary skills.
• Adherence to Health and Safety procedures across the team.
• Alignment with company Vision and Values at all times.

Responsibilities

• Front line responsibility for service delivery of Capital works, routine maintenance works, winter maintenance and emergency response activities including standby duties as required
• Supervise the operational teams in line with productivity and quality targets and to produce weekly costs and value using bespoke software
• Monitor the skills and experience of operatives within the teams and work with Area Manager to plan training and development
• Working knowledge of CDM
• Work closely with the Plant and Fleet Department to manage the vehicle and equipment assets at best efficiency
• Actively promote and use the bespoke software available to deliver the service requirements
