Ringway London is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to lead a Hounslow-based contract, delivering highways maintenance to programme and budget while upholding safety and quality standards. You will manage teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and drive performance against KPIs.

The role focuses on operational leadership, resource planning and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, with opportunities to develop the team and promote a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operational delivery within highways or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Commercial awareness, including budget and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship skills.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
