Job summary

King's Park Academy in Bournemouth is seeking a talented HLTA to lead class activities and support outstanding learning across our primary school. The post requires HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, confidence to lead whole‑class teaching across year groups, and strong behaviour management.

The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families, accelerate pupil progress, and contribute to safeguarding, inclusion and high expectations of achievement
