Job summary

King's Park Academy is seeking a talented HLTA to take the lead in the classroom and support outstanding learning across our school. The role requires someone with HLTA experience in a primary setting, capable of leading whole-class teaching and maintaining high behavioural expectations.

You will work with a supportive leadership team and have access to professional learning opportunities within Authentic Education, with a focus on wellbeing and career progression.

Qualifications

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a primary school setting.
• Able to lead whole-class teaching across a range of year groups.
• Excellent classroom management and high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
• A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
