Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a Greenwich-based primary school.

The HLTA will support pupils across KS1 and KS2, deliver planned activities, and lead targeted intervention programmes to drive progress while maintaining high behavioural standards.

Qualifications

  • Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Has successful experience working within a primary school setting.
  • Is confident leading learning with whole classes, as well as delivering effective support to small and larger groups of pupils.
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills and can build positive relationships with children.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Location: Greenwich
Contract: Full-Time, Long term
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated primary school team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils both in the classroom and through targeted intervention programmes.

About the Role

As a HLTA, you will:
