Job summary

St Andrew's RC Primary is seeking a highly skilled HLTA to join our caring team in Salford. You will support teachers to deliver high-quality teaching, provide targeted interventions, and lead activities to help pupils overcome barriers to learning, building confidence as learners.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to promote wellbeing and achievement while safeguarding all pupils.

They will work closely with teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning, deliver targeted interventions, lead learning activities when appropriate, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and supported. They will also work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community to promote the wellbeing and achievement of every child.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to a fully enhanced DBS check.
