Salford City Council, on behalf of Springwood Primary School, is seeking Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join our expanding team on a permanent basis at a large special school serving pupils with SEND aged 5–11.
You will support primary aged children with complex needs, help create an inclusive learning environment, and work as part of a team. Previous experience with challenging behaviour is desirable; opportunities for professional development are available.

Springwood is a large primary age Special School (360 pupils aged 5 – 11) based over five sites, which caters for pupils with moderate, severe and complex needs.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited, into school, to undertake a class based task, an ICT task and a panel interview.
