Overview

Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting schools across Derby in their search for passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs).

We are recruiting for multiple HLTA roles, offering you the chance to make a real difference to the lives of young people every single day.

What we're looking for

• Experienced HLTAs with a proven background in supporting children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
• Individuals with creativity, resilience, and a nurturing approach to learning.
• Professionals who are ready to inspire, encourage, and empower pupils to achieve their very best.

Pay: 110 - 140 per day (dependent on experience)
