We are looking for a hard-working and supportive person with high standards and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with others as part of our school team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, predominately based in our specialist unit.
As an Intervention Lead you will be expected to lead and deliver a high-quality personalised learning provision for a range of learners across the 4 broad areas of need, those with experience of students with C&I needs and ASD are encouraged to apply. You would be responsible for delivering interventions on a 1-2-1 and in small groups as these are essential to ensure that all students thrive and make progress from their individual starting points.
