Job summary

Castle Education is recruiting High Needs Learning Support Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools, supporting pupils with special educational needs and complex learning needs.

This role offers ad-hoc, part-time and full-time opportunities with typical hours 8:30am – 3:30pm and weekly pay, plus free training and CPD opportunities.

No evenings or weekends and flexible work to support your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with additional and complex learning needs
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Helping pupils access and engage with learning
Supporting communication, independence and confidence
Adapting activities to meet individual needs
Providing consistent encouragement and reassurance
Working alongside teachers and other support staff
Supporting pupils across different Key Stages where required
