Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant or similar.
• Knowledge of SEND needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language).
• Patient, nurturing, and resilient approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA, Care, or SEND - desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Assist teachers in delivering differentiated learning activities
• Support children with autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties
• Help implement EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
