Castle Education is seeking enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our supply team in Manchester. You will support pupils with SEN, SEND, Autism, and Complex Needs, in individual or small-group settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in education or support roles involving SEN
• Ability to support learning, emotional regulation and communication
• Comfort working with students with complex needs in different settings

Responsibilities

• Support pupils individually, in small groups or with the wider classroom team
• Assist with learning activities and day-to-day school routines
• Support emotional regulation, confidence and independence in pupils
• Help with day-to-day activities and task completion
• Provide a safe, encouraging environment for learners
