Bupa is seeking a Part-time Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to deliver high-quality CBT and assessments across multiple delivery modes in a supportive team. The role involves supervision, group psychoeducation, and signposting, with professional development supported by BABCP accreditation and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• BABCP accreditation required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP accredited).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality, safe Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and assess and formulate to drive evidence-based intervention.
• Deliver CBT in models including face-to-face, telephone or video consultations.
• Adhere to case management processes and work with clinical leads and therapy team.
• Offer signposting and onward referrals when required and provide wellbeing coaching as needed.
• Lead group psychoeducation and remote mental health presentations or workshops.
• Attend clinical supervision and work with the team to improve client and employee experiences.
• Maintain professional standards and time boundaries while meeting utilisation targets.
