Job summary

Legora, a London-based AI-native legal tech company, is seeking a proactive BDR/SDR to fuel its growing pipeline. You will own outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualify opportunities, and nurture leads through structured discovery.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns, log activity in Salesforce, and help sharpen messaging. This in-office role offers rapid learning, direct exposure to leadership, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR role
• Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams
• Curious and coachable
• Resilient and goal oriented
• Collaborative with AEs and Marketing
• London-based, 5-day in-office role

Responsibilities

• Own outbound prospecting with guidance. Build and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to open first conversations.
• Qualify opportunities. Run structured discovery using a guide to assess fit against our ICP.
• Nurture leads. Follow up with clear value and next steps to keep momentum moving.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing. Align to campaigns and hand off cleanly to AEs.
• Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity and notes accurately in Salesforce.
• Surface market insight. Share what you hear so we can sharpen messaging and targeting.
• Support events and campaigns. Engage leads before and after to drive real pipeline.
