Job summary

LegalVision is seeking early career sales professionals to join as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our outbound sales engine across England. This hands-on outbound role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads, with a clear path to progression within the Growth team.

You’ll prospect into our ideal client profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters and lead lists, conduct cold calls and emails, book meetings for Account Executives, and maintain accurate activity

Qualifications

• Six months+ outbound sales or BDR experience in B2B services, SaaS or legal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident speaking with business owners and stakeholders; able to handle objections.
• High activity levels and strong organizational skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM tools.
• Interest in the legal sector, sales development, and corporate environments.
• Full work rights in England.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into our Ideal Client Profile using LinkedIn, CRM filters, and lead lists.
• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound emails to start conversations.
• Run qualification calls to uncover pain points, timelines, and buying signals.
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives (Legal Solutions Consultants).
• Manage and maintain accurate activity records in our CRM.
• Contribute to refining messaging, sequences, and lead sourcing strategies.
• Hit daily and weekly activity targets across calls, emails, and meetings booked.
