You will identify opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and work with experienced consultants to secure placements. This is a permanent, full-time role with uncapped commission and strong training to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Early in your career, or ready to transfer sales skills into business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market mapping.
• Make outbound calls to build relationships with decision-makers.
• Arrange client meetings, joining alongside experienced consultants both on-site and at head offices.
• Identify live projects and recruitment requirements within target accounts.
• Support commercial negotiations on terms and rates.
• Keep your CRM updated with accurate activity and records.
• Work closely with our resourcing team to hand over live opportunities and support successful placements.
