Job summary

Netbox Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive in Aylesford to drive new business and grow existing client relationships. The role involves high-volume outbound calling, prospecting industries, and converting inquiries into long-term customers.

You will handle 80-100 outbound calls daily, negotiate pricing, upsell products, and work toward strong monthly targets with uncapped commission. The role offers a competitive basic salary with potential to exceed £30k–£50k in Year 1 and £70k–£80k OTE in

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Ambitious and commercially minded with a target-driven attitude.
• Confident on the telephone and able to handle high-volume outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business while developing existing customer relationships.
• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify opportunities.
• Research target industries and proactively develop new accounts.
• Convert inbound enquiries and orders into long-term customers.
• Follow up leads from marketing campaigns and upsell to existing customers.
• Negotiate price and volume to close deals and build repeat business.
