Job summary

Ant Marketing is seeking a confident B2B Appointment Setter to contact businesses by phone, identify financial service needs, and book qualified appointments for specialist advisors. You'll drive relationships with decision-makers and keep CRM notes up to date.

The role offers a permanent contract, an hourly rate of £13.50–£14.00, full training, and clear progression in a flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00am and 6:00pm within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 12 months' B2B appointment setting experience is ideal.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Experience using CRM systems is desirable.
• Good IT and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses by telephone to discuss their financial requirements.
• Identify opportunities and introduce relevant financial solutions.
• Book qualified appointments for specialist advisors.
• Build rapport with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Update CRM systems with call outcomes and appointment details.
