Hendy Group operates Jaguar Land Rover Southampton and is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor for New & Used Cars. You will build rapport, assess customer needs, and guide them through vehicle and finance options.

You will manage test drives, appointments, handovers, and complete sales documentation. Induction occurs in Portsmouth. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 40-hour week and a base salary of £25,500 plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer relationship skills and a customer-first approach.
• Experience handling negotiations and closing vehicle sales.
• Ability to explain finance options and guide customers through payments.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with customers and assess needs to recommend products.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values where applicable.
• Calculate finance payments and explain options to customers.
• Maximise sales opportunities to hit targets and earn commissions.
• Upsell accessories and aftersales services to enhance profitability.
• Proactively source new and existing customers and schedule appointments.
