Job summary

Private Equity Insights in London is seeking a proactive sales professional to join our fast-paced team. You will drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals at our international conferences, gaining exposure to industry leaders.

You’ll receive structured training, coaching and rapid responsibility to accelerate your development from day one, with uncapped earning potential and a clear career path in a hands-on, on-site role at our Victoria WeWork office in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Outbound prospecting and high-volume sales experience preferred.
• Ambition, resilience and a commercial mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business: reach out to prospective delegates and convert them.
• Own targets: take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals and work towards exceeding them.
• Execute high-volume outreach: 60+ calls per day and build qualified opportunities.
• Manage pipeline: from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
• Collaborate with marketing and conference teams to improve campaigns.
