Lookers Crewe BMW is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranties and upselling, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to manage a high volume of customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales or service advising.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Energetic, customer-focused with a passion for delivering first-class service.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing a high volume of customers daily and handling calls/e-queries.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining communication.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems.
