Job Title: High Court Litigation Solicitor 3+ PQE

Location: Altrincham

Legal 500 Firm

Full Time Office Based

Salary DOE

The Role

• You’ll be part of a forward-thinking and client-focused litigation team, regularly instructed on significant High Court matters. The caseload is varied, commercially focused, and often fast-paced, including:
• High Court and County Court commercial disputes
• Injunctive relief and urgent applications
• Contractual claims, shareholder/director disputes, and professional negligence
• Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
• Civil fraud and breach of fiduciary duty claims
• You’ll take on your own files with appropriate supervision, while also working alongside senior lawyers on more complex cases. Advocacy opportunities will be available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ PQE with strong commercial litigation experience, ideally involving High Court proceedings
• Confident managing your own caseload from pre-action to trial
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with a high standard of client care
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a close-knit team
