Driver Hire Lancaster is recruiting an HGV Class 1 Tramper for work out of Heysham, performing curtainside trailer collections from Heysham Port and general haulage duties across the UK. Typical runs include dock collections and nationwide deliveries with starts between 0600 and 0700.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph card, with about one year of Class 1 experience.

Location: Heysham

Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.00 an hour + £26.20 per night out

Driver Hire Lancaster are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Trampers for work running out of the Heysham area. This is general haulage work which involved collecting curtainside trailers from Heysham Port.

What You'll Be Doing

• Typically your runs will include dock collections and general haulage deliveries
• Nationwide travel
• Minimal handball - focus on driving, not heavy lifting (Class 1)
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Representing the business professionally at delivery locations
• Stopping out up to 4 nights a week

Monday to Friday (occasional weekends available)

0600 - 0700 Starts
