Job summary

RH Commercial Vehicles Ltd. is seeking skilled HGV Technicians to join our Coventry workshop. You’ll service, diagnose and repair a range of trucks and vans in a modern, well-equipped facility, with ongoing manufacturer training and clear opportunities to progress.

Expect an attractive earnings potential with Up to £50,000 OTE, plus overtime and a £1,500 tooling scheme. The role offers a rotating shift pattern and a supportive environment with career development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience working on trucks and vans.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
• Complete work to DVSA and manufacturer standards.
• Using diagnostic equipment and workshop systems.
• Supporting apprentices and wider team.
• Keeping up to date with technical developments and training.

HGV Technician | OTE: Up to £50,000 a year

• Nuneaton, Coventry
• Up to £20 an hour + overtime = OTE: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)

Shift Pattern

• Rotating Shifts
• Early: Mon – Friday: 06:00 – 15:30
• Late: Mon – Fri: 12:30 – 22:00, Sat: 08:00 – 12:00
• Call out rota

Desirable Skills

• Main dealer experience
• HGV Licence
• Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks experience
