Job summary

Tru Talent is seeking an experienced HGV Technician for a busy Avonmouth workshop. The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with hours from 06:30 to 18:30 and a pay rate of £22 per hour.

You will service and repair HGVs, LGVs and trailers in a supportive, well-structured environment. The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification, have strong diagnostic skills, and hold a Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter.
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and fault finding skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair HGVs, LGVs and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete inspections and compliance documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, efficient workshop.
