Job summary

Adler & Allan is seeking a HGV Tanker Apprentice / Drainage Operative on a permanent, full-time basis. You will learn from the Senior HGV Tanker Driver and deliver services to customers, including tank and line testing and tank dewatering, with onsite training provided.

The role requires responding to call-outs for critical issues, assisting with site supervision, and ensuring paperwork is completed and submitted.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full clean UK driving licence and be able to operate Company vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to support service delivery.
• Right to Work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently or with a team to deliver services to customers, including tank and line testing, VR testing and tank dewatering.
• Respond to call-outs for critical issues.
• Attend site briefings and, when needed, act as team lead or supervisor on site.
• Complete paperwork and submit to supervision in a timely manner.
