Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HGV Service Administrator for a busy depot in Llanelli. You will support workshop operations, process service documentation and ensure accurate invoicing for completed work.

The role requires strong customer service and excellent organisational skills, with experience in invoicing and workshop administration. A proactive approach in a fast-paced environment will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Administrator or in a similar admin role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and invoice completed workshop jobs accurately and efficiently.
• Audit work orders and documentation for compliance.
• Act as a key contact for customers through the service process.
• Answer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Schedule MOT bookings and coordinate with customers and authorities.
• Maintain workshop diaries and service schedules.
• Support the Service Desk during busy periods.
