Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle dealership group in Llanelli for a Service Administrator. You will support workshop operations, manage customer communications and ensure service documentation is processed and invoiced accurately.

The role requires strong organisational skills and experience in administration, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Administrator or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Experience invoicing, job cards or service documentation.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process and invoice completed workshop jobs accurately.
• Audit work orders and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Be a key contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Answer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Schedule MOT bookings and maintain workshop diaries.
• Maintain accurate administration records.
