Enva is seeking an experienced HGV Driver to join the Trade Waste team in Colwick, Nottingham. This permanent full-time role offers a stable career in a driver-focused environment with strong earning potential and a supportive culture.

You will operate various waste collection vehicles on an afternoon shift, handling routes independently while prioritizing safety and customer service as part of Enva’s environmental mission.

Qualifications

• A valid LGV/HGV licence and Driver CPC are essential.
• Experience driving HGVs is preferred, waste or recycling experience is a bonus.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of vehicles, including rear and front loaders, to collect and empty bins for trade waste customers.
• Work independently as a one-person crew, managing your route and keeping operations safe and smooth.
• This role is outdoor and active, suitable for someone who enjoys being on the move and taking pride in a job well done.
• Start early and finish early, with afternoon shifts from 2.00pm to midnight, contributing to a clean local environment.
