Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 driving licence with minimal penalty points.
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) / CPC.
• Proven experience in HGV driving within logistics.
• Knowledge of tachograph rules and road safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGVs safely and in compliance with traffic laws.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Load and unload goods securely to prevent damage.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to meet schedules.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle records.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
