Job summary

Jet Aire is seeking a skilled HGV Driver with a Class 2 licence to join our Leeds team. The role covers drainage tasks such as CCTV surveys, high pressure water jetting from our HGVs, and working in confined spaces.

You will manage site paperwork, vehicle checks, and maintenance while contributing to safety and efficiency on varied industrial sites. With a competitive salary plus benefits, the position is full-time and based in Leeds.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence is essential.
• CSCS, Street Works and HPWJ qualifications preferred.
• Confined space ticket and CSCS card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV-based drainage equipment, including CCTV surveys and high pressure water jetting.
• Work on-site in confined spaces and assist with excavation tasks.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment; complete daily logs and defect books.
• Participate in on-call rota and adhere to health and safety policies.

Here at Jet Aire, we’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivatedJet Vac Driverwith a HGV to become an integral part of our team.

About the role:

All aspects of drainage including but not limited to:

• CCTV Surveys (dependent on role offered).
• High Pressure Water Jetting on our expert HGVs.
• Working with/operating the boom.
• Working in confined spaces.
• Excavation.

Further aspects of the role:

• Thorough completion of site/works information on a tablet device.
• Carry out work in line with company health and safety policy and procedures.
• Good time management and working efficiently.
• Completing Drivers Hours Books and Vehicle Checks (Defect books).
• General maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment.
• Be part of the On-Call Rota.
• Undertake all training and development as required.

• To possess a HGV Class 2 licence is essential.
