Job summary

Panda in Widnes is hiring an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to operate skip and RoRo vehicles across local sites. You will deliver, exchange and collect containers, perform daily checks, and maintain high safety and customer service standards.

We seek drivers with a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and tachograph card; and a proactive, team-focused attitude with reliability and good communication. 6am starts and occasional Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C) and Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card and proven HGV driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle safety, maintenance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 2 skip and RoRo vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver, exchange and collect containers at customer sites.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and road regulations.
• Provide professional on-site service and support the depot team.
