Job summary

Trcgroup in Tonbridge is seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team. Shifts run Monday to Friday with a 09:00am start. You will securely move palletised parcels and perform 15–25 deliveries/collections per day, focusing on safe driving and accurate paperwork.

Role includes loading/unloading from tail lift using a pump truck, and interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner. PAYE rate is £15.36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C&E entitlement.
• Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Solid understanding of Working Time Directive requirements.

Responsibilities

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels.
• Carrying out 15–25 bulk deliveries and collections on return.
• Maintaining safe driving practices and accurate paperwork.
• Assisting with loading/unloading of roll cages using tail lift and pump truck.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company professionally.

• Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the roll cages from the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (Cat C&E).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
