Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are recruiting on behalf of a well known client in Teesside for multiple HGV Class 1 drivers to join the team on nights part time. Start times are 19:00–20:00. Location: Teesside, DL1.

Pay rates: £17.75–£18.25 per hour PAYE. Ongoing role with trunking, palletised goods handling, and a focus on safety and paperwork. Shifts run Monday and Friday, with duties including customer interaction and professional representation of the company.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (C&E)
• Valid and in-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 6 months experience
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only)
• Understanding of WTD legislation
• Prepared to undertake a short driving assessment
• Excellent communication skills
• Safety-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Move and transport palletised parcels securely
• Perform trunking runs to the hub

Shifts Schedule:

Monday & Friday

Start Times:

19:00pm - 20:00pm starts

Pay Rates:

• Between 6am to 10pm - £17.75 per hour PAYE
• Between 10pm - 6am - £18.25 per hour PAYE
