Job summary

TRCGroup in Preston is seeking HGV Drivers for an ongoing role. You will hold a full UK licence (Class 1 or 2), valid DCPC and tachograph card, and have no more than 6 points. Shift pattern is Monday to Friday with a 10:00am start and a pay rate of £15.36 per hour PAYE.

Duties include moving palletised parcels, delivering 15-25 loads per day, and ensuring accurate paperwork. You will also assist with loading/unloading using tail lift and pump truck and present a professional image when

• HGV Class 1
• HGV Class 2

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday

Start Time: 10:00am start

Pay Rate: £15.36 per hour PAYE

Location: Preston, PR2

Job Type: Ongoing

The role:

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels.
• 15-25 bulk deliveries and collections on return
• Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the roll cages from the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 or 2 entitlement (Cat C/C&E).
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
