Job summary

HG Recruitment is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for night shifts in Heysham. Ongoing work with competitive pay and weekly wages from our established client.

Pay rates include £20.17 at night, £21.29 Saturday, £22.41 Sunday, with weekly pay around £1,109.35 based on 55 hours. Shifts are 10–12 hours, start between 17:00 and 20:00, with trunking and no handball.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 1 licence is required.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Minimum 12 months HGV driving experience.
• Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and Working Time rules.
• Reliable and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Trunking operations.
• Shift length 10–12 hours.
• Start times between 17:00 and 20:00.
• No handball duties.

Requirements

You must have:

• A reliable and professional approach
