Job summary

HG Recruitment is seeking reliable HGV Class 1 drivers for Coventry. This temporary role focuses on UK trunking with a fixed rota, 11-hour shifts, and consistent start times across a 24-hour window.

Competitive hourly pay is available, with weekly wages and ongoing work. Training and support are provided; registration checks and Right to Work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• UK HGV Class 1 licence required.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Knowledge of drivers hours rules and working time regulations.

Responsibilities

• UK trunking driving role with fixed rota.
• Shift starts across a 24-hour window; average 11 hours.
• Ongoing work with fixed rota and regular weekly pay.

Requirements

• A valid UK HGV Class 1 licence
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• New Passes Welcome / Training Provided
• Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time rules
