Job summary

Blue Arrow HS is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 driver to join our Goole depot. The role involves trunk runs to Midlands hubs, with no multi-drop and a predictable pre-booked rota.

You will operate a modern fleet with telematics, ensuring compliance with CPC and tachograph requirements. Shifts are 12-hour averages across a 24-7 pattern, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class C+E Licence and valid CPC licence.
• Digital Tachograph card required.
• Minimum 12 months' HGV Class 1 experience.

Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

Contract Type: Pre-booked, ongoing

Positions Available: 1

Location: Goole

Pay Rates

• Monday - Thursday: £18.15ph and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours
• Friday: £18.15ph until midnight, £23.52ph after and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours
• Saturday: £23.52ph until midnight, £26.25ph after and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours
• Sunday: £26.25ph until midnight, £18.15ph after and £25.25ph OT after 8 hours

45 minute break deducted daily and rates increase after 12 weeks service

Shift Patterns

• Shifts: Operation runs 24-7 Monday to Sunday
• Average Shift Length: 12 hours
• Start times vary between 14:00 - 20:00 depending on weekly requirements
• Pre-booked rota for better planning

Requirements

• We cannot accept more than 6 points or DR/DG/CD/DD/BA on a licence.
