Job summary

A leading contractor in the Heritage and Restoration sector seeks a driven Estimator to join its team in Central London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in relevant construction sectors, ideally the heritage sector. Key responsibilities include tender management, costing, and stakeholder consultation. A construction-related degree or equivalent experience along with a valid CSCS Card is required. Experience with Estimating software is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in relevant construction sectors, particularly in heritage.
• Valid CSCS Card required.
• Strong background in tender management and costing.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender information to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and send out inquiries to obtain competitive quotes.
• Meet with clients, surveyors, and architects on site.
