Worcester Bosch, part of Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd., seeks a Mobile Training Engineer (Central) to train customers and colleagues on heat pumps, gas, oil and renewables across the UK. Travel within the designated area and occasionally UK-wide travel/overnight stays are required.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality training, developing courses, and supporting electrification strategy with the sales team. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualificações

• Previous training experience desirable but not essential.
• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT certs or equivalent.
• Knowledge of low temperature systems and commissioning procedures.
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating or equivalent experience.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide training on combustion products via mobile training van and Worcester Bosch locations.
• Deliver training on heat pumps to increase market share in renewables.
• Train customers and staff on gas, oil and renewable products at locations nationwide.
• Develop relationships with colleges and partner centres in the area.
• Assist sales with product launches, exhibitions and factory tours.
• Prepare course content and materials; maintain the Mobile Training Van.
• Develop new and existing courses and participate in train-the-trainer projects.
