Job summary

Worcester Bosch is seeking a Mobile Training Engineer (North East) to deliver high‑quality training on Heat Pumps, combustion products and other renewables to customers and employees. This field-based role involves travel across the designated area and occasional UK/Ireland coverage to support business needs.

You will develop training content, collaborate with sales, and help upskill customers while maintaining relationships with partner centres. Hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a training capacity preferable but not essential.
• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT
• Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning procedures
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Provide training on Combustion products using mobile training van, partner centres and Worcester Bosch locations.
• Provide training on Heat Pumps to support market share increase in renewable technologies.
• Train customers and internal employees on Gas, Oil and Renewable products at customer locations, partner centres and Worcester Bosch training centres.
• Maintain and develop relationships with colleges and partner centres in your area.
• Assist the sales force with product launches, exhibitions and factory tours.
• Prepare course content and materials.
• Develop and upkeep the Mobile Training Van.
• Develop new and existing courses for products and legislation.
• Involve in train the trainer projects for new products and services.
