TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is recruiting a Technical Support Engineer to join an established heating business' internal technical team from its UK office.

The role uses strong heating systems knowledge to support engineers, contractors and customers over the phone and email, diagnosing faults and guiding on-site technicians through resolutions. A practical heating background is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with heating systems and fault finding.
• Ability to interpret heating diagrams and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone and email technical support to heating engineers and contractors
• Diagnosing faults across commercial boilers, water heaters and heat pumps
• Talking engineers through fault codes and electrical fault finding
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
