Job summary
Boots Hearingcare is looking for a Hearing Wellness Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in a modern clinic, guiding them through their hearing journey and supporting clinical staff. This role emphasizes customer care, administration, and clear pathways into Audiology.
From day one, you receive structured training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno, with accommodation expenses covered and a pathway to QHAD and a fully funded Audiologist role.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C/5 or above in Maths, English, and Science.
- Strong performance and customer focus.
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
- Confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers.
- Manage administration, appointments, and customer records accurately.
- Play an active role in delivering a high-quality, customer-centric service.
