Qualifications
- Strong customer-service background in healthcare or retail.
- GCSEs (Maths, English, Science) required.
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice.
- Confident discussing hearing health with customers.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers with a warm, professional welcome.
- Carry out hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks.
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and patient preparation.
- Discuss hearing health, ear care products, and next steps with customers.
- Manage appointments and customer records accurately.
