Qualifications

• Customer‑service background in healthcare or retail.
• Clear communication and organisational skills.
• Confident discussing hearing health with customers.
• GCSEs in Maths, English and Science required to support later QHAD entry.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
• Carry out hearing screenings and pre‑clinic checks.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting.
• Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and customer preparation.
• Discuss hearing health and products with customers.
• Manage appointments and customer records accurately.
