Job summary

Boots Hearingcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to lead an established clinic with clinical autonomy and strong backing from Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. You will own clinic performance, deliver high-quality care, and build lasting relationships with customers while benefiting from access to the latest technology, structured diaries, and strong admin support.

The role may include some evenings and weekends; salary circa £40,000 with a £5,064 car allowance, monthly bonus,

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD compliance and clinical audit results.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinic, its performance and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout the Hearingcare journey.
• Recommend solutions from the full product portfolio.
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
