Boots Hearingcare in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high-performing clinic. You will deliver top-quality hearing care, build lasting customer relationships, and guide patients through their Hearingcare journey with the full product portfolio.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

• Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
